1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 360bet website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the 360bet Platform, you expressly agree to these Terms in their entirety.

3. Deposits and Payments

360bet accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and other approved Philippine banking institutions. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform. Deposits become available in your account balance upon successful processing and confirmation.

3.2 Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 360bet account are legitimately yours, have been legally obtained, and do not originate from any illegal activities. 360bet reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and may request supporting documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the 360bet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, shall be borne by the user.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed according to 360bet's standard procedures and timelines. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and account verification status. 360bet endeavors to process withdrawals promptly but does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by 360bet

360bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail identity verification, or for any other reason that 360bet deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you following completion of all pending bets and verification procedures. Bonuses and promotional credits are forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 360bet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and void any outstanding bets.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or gaming opportunities. 360bet's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 360bet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

14.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 360bet Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations with 360bet customer support. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

No waiver by 360bet of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
